Medication Mixups–How to Avoid Them

  1. Hi Dr. Darria, Very good posting. Our pharmacy attaches a brightly colored sticker to the prescription bottle bringing attention to a possible change in color and/or shape to a pill. I guess I had assumed this was a national policy, apparently not true.
