Fitness, a national company that offers the widest array of pregnancy and mom and baby exercise classes in the country, joins Dr. Darria to discuss how to stay fit during pregnancy. Her classes include Pilates, yoga, water aerobics or toning for moms both during the pregnancy and for baby and mom after the birth.
