Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper

To cook

  1. Clean asparagus and trim bottoms (they’ll naturally break at the ideal spot, if you break them by hand)
  2. Toss asparagus in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper
  3. Lay asparagus in a row on the grill, or in a veggie basket on the grill
  4. Grill 5-10 minutes, or until asparagus have grill marks and are fork-tender
  5. Toss with garlic and parmesan cheese
  6. Enjoy!
