(It’s magic, because even with people who normally refuse to eat vegetables, this salad DISAPPEARS!)

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups baby spinach
  • 1 ripe pear, sliced thinly
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 ounces gorgonzola
