“Heart Health”

Holidays and Heart Attacks? How to keep your heart in the holidays, but avoid “Holiday Heart Syndrome”.

In a true case of life mirroring art, I had a patient yesterday with “Holiday Heart Syndrome” (yes, it’s a real thing, and yes, it has everything to do with eggnog..) in the ER, just after writing this.

There’s no good time to be sick, no one wants to head to the ER over the holidays.   So, read on, and stay well!

I wish you all the very best of holidays this year.  As always, I am so immensely grateful for your support and interest, and look forward to hearing from you in the new year!

Hoping that you have your happiest and healthiest year, and may 2015 be your best year yet.
